During registration and use of Masterskills (masterskills.com.au), we collect information from Parents (e.g. name, email, contact details, relationship to child), Staff (e.g. name, email, role, credentials), and Children (e.g. name, grade, subject preferences, progress and activity data). This information is used only to provide and improve our educational services, communicate with you, and support learning outcomes.
We treat all Parent, Staff, and Child information as confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel and used only for legitimate service, safety, and support purposes.
Masterskills and its staff are committed to a non-disclosure policy regarding any personal or sensitive information collected during registration and usage. We do not disclose Parent, Staff, or Child information to unauthorised parties. Exceptions apply only where required by law or with your explicit consent. General conditions for using Masterskills services.
Masterskills is intended for use by Parents (guardians or carers), Staff (authorised educators and administrators), and Children (students) under parent or guardian supervision as applicable. You must provide accurate information during registration. Parents are responsible for accounts linked to their children and for ensuring use is appropriate for the child's age and context.
By registering, logging in, or using the platform (including lessons, puzzles, live sessions, AI features, and parent/staff dashboards), you agree to these Conditions and our Terms of usage. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Continued use after any change to these conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of the platform by minors should be under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's activity and for ensuring that the child's use complies with these conditions and terms of usage.
Rules and acceptable use of the Masterskills application and services.
The platform is provided for educational purposes only. Content (lessons, puzzles, practice questions, live sessions) is for learning and must not be used for any illegal, commercial, or non-educational purpose. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell our content or data without written permission.
You must not use the application to harass, bully, or harm others; to submit abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content; or to attempt to misuse or abuse AI features (including prompts that are abusive, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited). Such use may be reported to administrators, may result in no AI response, and can lead to suspension or termination of access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Lesson progress, puzzle results, practice scores, and similar data are used to deliver and improve the service. You may not falsify progress, circumvent access controls, or use automated means to abuse the system. Staff and administrators may access data only as needed for support, safety, and service delivery, in line with our Privacy & Non-Disclosure policy.
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Conditions and Terms of usage; the current version will always be available on this page. Material changes may be communicated via the platform or contact details you provided.
Masterskills is provided "as is" for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
